Esker-Lee Farms
Since 1991, Esker-Lee Farm Inc has been privately owned and operated, providing reliable service and quality products.
It began with a Class ‘A’ Aggregate License and bold vision for the future of the Jack family farm. Jerry Jack and his father Ed armed with a tri-axle dump truck and a lot of determination, began supplying gravel and aggregate to their neighbours, local farmers and residents in Southgate. It didn’t take them long to realize that the people didn’t just need aggregate delivered they also needed it placed and levelled. Always listening, always learning, they invested in their first dozer in 1993. That decision marked a turning point, setting Esker-Lee Farms Inc. on a steady path of growth and service expansion.
Over the last 30+ years, what began as a small, family-run operation has transformed into a fleet of 8 trucks and more than 10 pieces of excavation and levelling equipment. In 2016, to meet the growing demands of the region, Esker-Lee Farms acquired a second Class 'A' gravel pit in Priceville, expanding their footprint into the Municipality of West Grey.
But no matter how much we grow, we never lose
sight of where we came from.
At Esker-Lee, we pride ourselves on doing things

backbone of our business, many of whom have
been with us for years. Their skill and dedication

And here’s a fun fact: the “Esker” in
Esker-Lee isn’t just a name—it’s a nod to the land itself.
An esker is a geological landform created by melting
glaciers, often rich in clean, high-quality aggregate material. Our main pit sits on the North Caledon Esker, a natural formation that gives us access to some of the best material in the region.
From humble beginnings to hauling hundreds of tons a day, Esker-Lee Farms remains rooted in family values, hard work, and a deep connection to the land beneath our feet.
